- To tame an Andrewsarchus:
1. Wear a Ghille suit. 2. Put
Giant Bee Honey on your hotbar and use it to throw the honey onto the ground. 3. While it eats, approach and mount it. 4. Steer left and right as indicated by the arrows. 5. You will then be thrown off of the Andrewsarchus. Repeat.
Note that the number of required honey varies depending on how perfect you steer the Andrewsarchus.

Tek Turret splash damage or any projectile in general, they are also not a valid target for turrets that are configured to only shoot enemy players while they are mounted on the Andrew. The rider is immune to environmental damage like radiation, lava and spore damage. They also don't not lose Oxygen underwater (but they don't regain it either!
