- To tame a Cryolophosaurus, approach it with a shield equipped. When it fires torpor balls at you, use the shield to deflect them back, stunning the creature. Repeat this process until it is knocked unconscious, then feed it like a standard knockout tame.

- Bite Primary attack
Triggers a simple bite for 27 base damage. Applies torpor to the target. (x3 damage applied as torpor over 20 seconds) When Hyper, this will apply a stack of Cold Snap.

Allows the Cryolophosaurus to refill its Cryo Liquid when in water or snow biomes.
- Torpor Spit/Freezing Breath Hold Left click
Torpor Spit: Applies a Torpidity-inducing liquid projectile that also slows the victim. Damage/torpor amount scales with Cryo melee damage. Uses Cryo Liquid as ammo. Freezing Breath: Applies a Freezing Breath that immobilizes enemies. Freezing allies gives them a 20% damage reduction frozen buff. Uses Cryo Liquid as ammo.

- Sleep/Frozen Affinity:
Cryo deals additional damage to targets that are frozen or sleeping. Frozen targets take 15% more damage from Cryo’s attacks, while Sleeping targets take 50% more damage from Cryo’s attacks.
Passive
When in the Hyper state, melee attacks will apply a stack of Cold Snap, stacking a debuff that lasts 15 seconds. Stacks to 15 max, -1% damage resistance per stack/max -15%, and -2% speed per stack/max 30%. Time refreshes on add.
The ammo that the Cryo uses for its Torpor Spit and Freezing Breath abilities. This liquid can be obtained by standing near water or snow and drinking it, or it can be added to the current amount by holding water containers within the Cryo’s inventory (1 liquid = 1 projectile attack / 1 second of breath. The maximum amount of liquid Cryo can scale with the Oxygen stat, with the base amount at level 1 being 3 Cryo liquid).
Cryo enters a frenzied state, signified by glowing patterns along its body and heavier breathing (Gains 30% increased move speed, 15% increased damage, Melee Attack gains the Cold Snap effect. Lasts 30 seconds / 75-second cooldown).
By applying its freezing, icy substance to allied creatures, the Cryolophosaurus can give them an Ice Armor buff. This buff provides a significant increase in damage resistance, making allied creatures much harder to kill. However, this boost in resistance comes at the cost of reduced speed for the affected ally.
