SHINEHORN
The Shinehorn is a herbivore found on 4 maps, with a drag weight of 25. It breeds, so a pair can be raised for stat lines rather than re-tamed.

Every number in this card is at official 1× rates, with the fastest food. Taming speed and food consumption multipliers change all of it, and most servers are not on official — the calculator at the top of this tab takes your rates, a Sanguine Elixir, and every other food this creature will eat.
Effectiveness is what decides the bonus levels: every unit of food eaten costs a slice of it, so the food that needs the fewest units finishes at the highest level. That is why kibble is worth the trouble — not that it is much faster, but that it is fewer feedings.

what it does and how you trigger it
- Headbutt
The Shinehorn headbutts the target for 12 damage.

- Shoulder Pet
The Shinehorn is a shoulder pet, meaning that it can be picked up by the player on their shoulder, allowing the Shinehorn to attack from there if within range. It cannot take damage unless the player dies or it is thrown off the shoulder. While on your shoulder, the weight that the Shinehorn has in its inventory will weigh half as much to the player. The Light Pets are a subcategory of shoulder pets that produce their own bioluminescence. To activate its light, use the wheel menu or use the
Happy Clap Emote on the emotes wheel menu. When activated, the light applies Charged Light effect on all the players and creatures nearby, reducing the hordes of
Nameless and Reapers that appear, along with disabling their natural armor. However, this also attracts Seekers and increases their Melee Damage and damage resistance. The stats of the light pets receive some changes in addition to their conventional uses. The stats of Stamina, Oxygen and Melee Damage change their names to Charge Capacity, Charge Regeneration and Charge Emission Range respectively, affecting those values of their charge light. Whenever the Shinehorn is above the player's shoulder and has its light on, it will alert the player for nearby 20px non-allied players or 25px max level wild creatures. These alerts can be turned off using the radial menu. The Shinehorn can be equipped with helmets for extra damage resistance.
