  • Dire Bear — High health and damage, and fast enough that running is not an option.
  • Dilophosaur — Spits blinding venom that also slows.
  • Dimorphodon — Attacks in flocks and goes for the rider rather than the mount, which is what makes it dangerous out of proportion to its size.
    Kill them on foot with a shotgun, or outrun them — a mount cannot hit them.
