Lv 150 · knockoutHow You Get One
method, in orderStep by step
- Find one resting on the sea floor. One swimming freely will just flee.
- Swim in and let it grab you and pull you toward the beak.
- It throws several fake bites first. Feeding during those does nothing and costs you health.
- On the real bite, feed
Black Pearl — its preferred food — or
Bio Toxin or
Narcotic. - Heal between grabs with
Medical Brews, or keep a
Tidepup on your shoulder, and repeat until it drops.
Torpor
- This creature is torpor-immune to conventional tranquilisers. Darts, arrows and Narcotics will not drop it, so the torpor figures elsewhere on this page describe its stat, not a route to taming it.
